Refund policy

Used pepper spray cannot be returned.  All returns will be weighed, and if they do not meet unused product weights, they will not be refunded.  We do not deduct from your refund for what we paid to ship the item to you, but we do not pay return shipping.  The only way we can take a return from you is if we have issued an RMA number, and any returns received without an RMA number will not be credited.  Email support@pepperspraywarehouse.com with questions or to obtain return instructions and an RMA#.
